The wedge wire screen drum is the ideal component for separating and extracting floating substances, settled substances, and suspended substances from water in urban sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment processes.
Principle
Wastewater enters the drum and flows out through the wedge wire screen slot opening . The wedge wire screen traps suspended solids, floating debris, and other contaminants in the drum. When the drum rotates, the residue is cleared and discharged through a spiral. The residue is then discharged into a container or transported by a subsequent device after dehydration and pressing. The entire process is clean and odor-free.
Application
Pre-treatment of municipal wastewater equipment;
