Demister pads also known as mist eliminator, they are made of knitted wire mesh pads with supports grids by welding processing. The mesh mist eliminator pads is a type of separator equipment that designed to collect liquid droplets from moving gas or vapor streams and lower the pressure drop of the separators, protect downstream equipment, prevent production losses and avoid potential process or environmental contamination.

Conical strainer is a kind of indispensable device for conveying medium pipes. Temporary cone strainers can remove the impurities of pipeline medium to make the equipment work and run normally, so as to achieve a stable process and ensure safe production for equipment.

Filter discs include the high speed cutting of plain discs together with a variety of shaped screens. These can be supplied as separate components or combined in varying meshes, spot welded together or bound with aluminium or stainless steel rims to form multi-layer screen packs and spinneret filters.

Filter tubes are manufactured of single layer or multilayer of woven wire mesh, perforated metal or expanded metal. They are bonded together by spot welded process or stainless steel/aluminum rimmed process.

Basket filters are made of single layer or multilayer of perforated sheet, woven wire mesh, expanded metal, pleated mesh and wedge wire screen by welding process, the straining elements are available in a flat top or slanted top design.
